Tahini and Ginger Vinaigrette

¼ cup tahini

¼ cup Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove minced

¼ cup lemon juice

2 tsp fresh grated ginger

1 tsp Stevia

Dash of cayenne

¼ tsp sea salt and cracked black pepper (or to taste)


Add all ingredients to small processor or blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.


This dressing tames kale!  Serve it as a delicious dipping sauce for your homemade spring rolls or fresh veggies.
